It seemed all of Eureka Springs had no vacancy this past weekend when we stopped at Express Inn to see if they had a room available. To our surprise they did! The place is immaculate and the staff very friendly. We slept so good we forgot we were out of town. The pool was clean and peaceful. Thank you for your hospitality and your ongoing effort to keep the motel clean and hospitable.

The beds are very comfortable. I can’t believe how well I slept. The rooms are quiet. I can’t believe how well I slept! I didn’t want to get out of bed. Water pressure is excellent too. Has microwave, fridge, iron and board. The wallpaper and carpet may be outdated. But the room is very clean. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner though they do have a small bottle in room. The owner is very nice and seems to work here 24/7. No joke lol. There is other staff here too. But I can tell he takes pride in his hotel.

They helped with anything they could. Staff was so nice and friendly. My room was clean and ready. When we go back in two weeks That's where I want to stay... There was a group of people that trashed Every where they was so our group helped them clean it , you can't help but to love this place.

This is the cleanest older hotel I have ever seen. The photos online are not current. The rooms ha e newer bedding and tvs. The grout and caulking in the bathroom is so clean, and made me feel very comfortable with our stay. I definitely recommend d this place. The pool and hot tub are very nice too.

6-4-21 night manager was very accommodating, moving us to a bottom floor because of my knees. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Pillows are nice and soft. Incredibly clean room. I was referred here by another hotel that was booked up. This was their top referral.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Our first annual girls trip has been amazing. Eureka Springs has some of the friendliest people anywhere. Great price too! I highly recommend a stay here if you are in this area!

This hotel offers a quiet place to stay. It is set away from the downtown hustle and bustle. It's location allows you to see all that eureka has to offer. A great.little continental buffet to get you ready for a great day at all the shops along the way. Go see them!

Great location, very clean rooms. I've stayed here multiple times and I'm never disappointed. The pool and hot tub are very clean. Only thing is how are you going to provide breakfast with no bacon, sausage or eggs? All in all great place to stay!
